Expert Panel Review Request Form		Expert Panel Review State-of-the-art clinical research and product development can be brought to bear upon associated problems with the use of Expert Review Panels. These panels are chosen from appropriate disciplines with each member having “high visibility” in the academic and federal regulatory communities. Their stature and independent deliberations add objectivity to their proposals and recommendations. An extra layer of objectivity is added by the exclusion of Expert Review Panel members from performing studies that they have designed. With Clinical R&D Services’ Planning Staff, the Expert Review Panels are able to review,independently, research and development problems, including regulatory strategy, which will be presented to you for your implementation.
